Does Cloudflare Email Routing have an inbox?
No. Email Routing takes over your domain's MX records and forwards each message to an address you've verified. It stores nothing: the dashboard shows an Activity log and daily forwarded and dropped counts, not the mail itself. A routing rule can target an Email Worker instead, and that Worker is where storage has to start.
Can two people share one support@ address on Email Routing?
Not with a plain rule. A rule maps one address to one destination, so copying two people already takes a Worker that calls forward() twice. Then each person holds a separate copy, and neither can see whether the other one replied. That missing shared view is the part Routed Inbox is planned to add.
Can I reply from support@ with Email Routing?
Only in a narrow case. An Email Worker can call message.reply() once, inside the same SMTP session, and only to the original sender. A human answer an hour later needs Email Sending, Cloudflare's separate sending product, or another provider. Hitting reply on a forwarded copy in Gmail sends from your personal address instead.
